Alarm
Quick question on the alarm - once set should there be a 'flashing' red light showing somewhere to confirm that the alarm is active?
Asking this as can't see one and all previous cars including my Jaguar XF had one.

I have one flashing on the driver console. Its location is such that, after owning the car for nearly a year, I only spotted it the other night when I had to park about 3 feet to the right of where I normally park on the drive !

Thanks... Are you referring to a 'sensor' type box where the dashboard meets the windscreen... if so it is not very bright or is inside a dark covering and therefore not very visible?
