2wd only - Traction Reduced - active driveline

Hi folks,

My 2014 evoque is fitted with the Active Driveline rather than the Haldex system - I get the above message when accelerating harshly or once the car is warm and under normal acceleration.

The Main Dealer is dragging their heels on sorting, 3 weeks between workshop appointments. My tyre shop pulled my error codes while swapping the wing mirror over - P0942 came back.

I can't find much out about this specific error code, any thoughts from anyone more knowledgeable?

The "active driveline" system looks very complicated... I think the dealer is struggling to get their heads around it.
