1st Service on Land Rover Remote incontrol app

Hi i've had the first service on my LR Evoque and the service indicator on the car has been cleared down...but I am still getting the 'service due imminiently' on the incontrol app...i've tried deleting the app and reloading it but to no avail...Lookers Park Royal service chap does not know how to reset the app either. can anyone help...?

I have a similar problem in that I let the wind screen washer fluid get too low and the warning light came on, after filling it up the in car warning light went off but the the App still shows it as being low! I've just left it as everything else works fine with the App.
