No, none. Mind you, they did make a concerted attempt to overcharge me by £3700, and now they've had their commission. Not sure how much repeat business they do - certainly there'll be none from me.

Good news is ... Milder weather with no cold starts boosts my average by 10%, from 33 to 36 mpg (that's for a SD4 auto 5 door, mixed 50/50 town/country).

Bad luck - after 2 500 miles, I can say that the only rattle are on starting, from the SD4 engine - this obviously comes from the engine compartment. I'd get the dealer to have a good look. (SD4 aut...

Appalling isn't it? Why can't we buy the car from the factory, collect from there and save thousands?

Done 1800 miles so far in a SD4 auto (5 door) - so far averaging 32 mpg with 20 mile commutes which are about 1/3 urban, with some longer journeys. It's still a great car but LR's mileage claims are ...

Not rude at all - never seen a system where you can't edit and tidy up your previous destinations. There must be a way otherwise you'd end up with hundreds!

The Satnav stores previously set destinations, but unlike other systems, you can't edit this list and on mine it has got quite long. Tonight the system has simply started crashing (reverting to the na...

Caroline it may just be the risk they attribute to your location and where the car will be kept. You may just be in a higher risk area, particularly if all the insurers give you the same story.
