Can someone advise as wife just broke rear fog light whether the bumper has to come off to fit new fog lamp as assume lens is not replacement item?

Have dogs and wanted to leave open with them in cage but lock rest of car. Assume no go?

Can't seem to find stockists of boot light bulb 37mm 1210 smd with 16 LEDs?Ones nominated don't seem to have stock
Therefore, can anyone please recommend a stockist or will 36 mm fit?
