Same thing happened to me about a year ago in my evoque. Didn't realise at first because the car did not look like it was broke into. They stole my ipod and tom tom nav. Now I just have a USB sick with all my music stored. How did they break into yours and was there any damage?

Not all my post appeared - no damage to car ( it was open when I checked it - either the mrs left it unlocked it they had a 'device'?
Can the locks be reprogrammed?
I am going to change to usb as apple have stopped the ipod, and they are going for silly money on ebay !!

Has anyone tried 128gb usb?

When you say stopped the ipod do you mean you can't buy a new one now? I'm not up to date with all the changes. If that's the case I suspect it is a crafty way to get mugs to buy an overpriced iPhone thing.

Apple no longer make them, so only 2nd hand on ebay etc - I saw one for £799

Will have to put my never taken out of the box one on ebay or should I take it to Flog It for a valuation!

Really Tim?
What size is it and would you consider selling?

Hi

I am about to list a very good condition iPod Classic 80Gb (Black) on eBay, so if you would like to make an offer feel free. However, at the risk of doing myself and Tim out of a sale, why don't you just use a USB in the Evoque? I use a 64GB micro USB which takes up no space at all and works very well.

Yes, I am considering USB, but would need 128gb - I have queried elsewhere whether anyone has tried one before to see if it works?

I can't see why 128GB wouldn't work, however, I have noticed a bit of a lag in recognizing the USB stick between my older 32GB which was instant, to my new Kingston 64GB which initially has a delay.
I would say don't buy a cheap stick off eBay, but a reputable brand would be the better option
