Evoque Dynamic owners will be familiar with most of the kit in them and all Evoque owners will be familiar with the satnav............

Wonder when we will get tailpipes like theirs, and an exhaust note to match, even without the "exhaust enhancement" button pressed the V6S/C has a lovely bubbly exhaust, flick the switch it just gets better AND it pops and crackles on over-run!

Think the red one is the one my friend had for the weekend a few weeks back.
I only got photos but it looks amazing and he said it drove very well. And that is from a guy who is not really a big petrol head.

Ho, ho, ho, biggest grin on face icon.....
James at Hadley Green has just taken me for a demo run in their V8S/C...... Very much a Jekyll and Hyde car - soft and luxury when you want and a screaming popping and crackling monster when you really want to press on. The ride is amazing - it has Mageride as standard. Great GT apart from hardly any boot and none at all if you have the optn space saver wheel! If I were looking for a 911 Cabrio beater this what I would have!

You are a very lucky boy indeed, glad you enjoyed it. My name is on the list for a test drive but I've no idea when this will be.

It was good to see you Tim..... It was a tough choice between picking you up in an F-Type or the Mulsanne with a driver Cool.......... The sun was blazing so it was actually an easy decision to make. You can see that I'm in 'petrolhead heaven' at HGG!!

If you can get to HGG for Friday morning then you're welcome to a drive. Let me know if you do want a drive organised but I do appreciate the geography of it all Wink

The four I've seen have been beautifully built but it isn't a cheap car - the lowest spec V6 starts at £58k, for two very nice seats, a cloth roof and next to no boot. Today's Autocar runs a V6 supercharged against a Boxter and a 911 Cabrio............... You will be very surprised to read the Jag outclasses both cars in every area except two......... Fuel economy and handling on very twisty roads! The Boxster was the winner by "no more than a fag paper's thickness" over both the other car. They rated all three as superb cars and the owner of any of them will not be disappointed.
The last fast two seater I owned was a TVR 420........... A beast and the only RWD car I have ever owned, but today after driving big tall SUVs since 1996 I was happy to let James do the conning, it was great fun being the passenger, roof down and still getting a rush when he pushed the loud pedal into the carpet!

That's a fantastic offer James but unfortunately I have other committments on Friday. I do travel to your part of the world and when I know when I am next in your area I may well give you a call.
