(i ask as 13 reg plates don't come out until 1 March) RE: 13 reg - Bessiebella - 03-01-2013 05:10pm I did think it was strange but it was the reg plate I noticed first, it defiantly had a 13, may be it was a private plate & some one messed with letters or spacing but looked like a 13 reg plate it was going in the opposite direction to me so only got a glance.
