Fuji White, Firenze Red, Orkney Grey all look great with contrast black roof!

The colour that looks really great with a black contrast roof is Ipanema Sand and that is closely followed by OG. On a white car it makes it look like you have one of those 1970's leatherette roofs so popular on Mk4 Ford Cortinas

I have a white dynamic met black pano roof and 20" gloss black wheels, and it looks faboulous.

+1 to that.

What about Indus Silver, that colour has been missed out.

I've voted for red - of course - the colour I have. I have never regretted the colour for one minute and it hides dist and dirt pretty well. White is good, but only if it is kept completely pristine. Given the Israeli climate (hot, dry), I don't think grey is the colour to go for, you want a colour which will pick up the sunshine.
