I had a tuning box fitted today, got a better result than I was expecting 27hp! not had a proper chance to test the performance improvement but it's definitely there, much more willing to go!

Biggest surprise was fuel economy on journey home, had struggled to better 40mpg on this run and tonight not taking it carefully pretty much constant 80mph couple of fairly steep bits too averaged 48.5mpg!

Stock HP: 145
With Box: 172

Check the mpg manually as these tuning boxes fool the ECU on this as well as allowing more power. It might be accurate, but then again it might not.

Which tuning box did you go with?

They should have something soon, they're getting one in to produce a full remap for soon

200 mile round trip today up and down M6, 56mpg both ways, this is what Land Rover quote! must be purely a CO2 thing to restrict it they way it was

I am confused? I thought you had one fitted and thats why you reccomend them? then you say they havent done a remap for the evoque yet?
td4 Pure manual in orkney grey, auto wipers/lights, front fogs, spare wheel. carmats4u mats, travall dog guard. Collected 30/03/12.

I had a plug in tuning box, an alternative to a full remap (which involves removal of the ECU), which is what they are doing soon, but on a test car not mine Wink
