Window issue

Long time no post Shocked
Ironically, 7? years ago I posted up about a window issue, it was the reset of the one-touch.
as of Sunday, I've got a new odd issue, where the window doesn't one-touch... but also doesn't move down or up in a continuous movement.
it moves an inch, then stops and needs me to release and re-press.
both directions are the same.
the one-touch reset has no effect.
Any ideas?!

uninspiring video here:

Hi, Have heard of it before, my guess is the anti trap device is stopping the movement
