Nissan Duke or Qashquai..................

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

The Duke or Qashquai are comfortable and nice, there is no drama but at the same time there is no excitement, they are very boring which is what a lot of people want from them.😦

RE: What 4WD Saloon?

Sorry had discounted those without even a thought, Juke if in the right ballpark is too quirky looking, Qashquai indeed a bit boring, never been a Nissan fan really, always thought them ugly bugs, although I learnt to drive in one Laughing

RE: What 4WD Saloon?

I had an Xtrail for 6 years in Norway. Ugly but sturdy car. Great in the winter weather. Cheap as chips across here.

Arrived 16 December 2011: Prestige SD4 auto 5dr in OG with Adaptive Dynamics, Adaptive Xenons, Surround Cameras, Auto Dimming Rearview, Grey Oak Wood, Spare Wheel and Powered Tailgate.

I can see an appeal in Nissan / Mitsubishi...

When specced to appropriate level

Juke Tekna 1.6 DIG-T 4WD £20700
Yeti Outdoor elegance 2.0D 4x4 £28105
Mitsubishi ASX 4 1.8D 4WD £22649

As mentioned...Skoda yeti 4x4. Big raps on this car, super reliable,VW like quality build and materials, and styling is somewhat quirky that really grows on you too.

RE: What 4WD Saloon?

Yes, I quite like the Tonka-toy look of the Skoda Yeti; I do like my Subaru Impreza wagon which has done 114k miles and works perfectly; it will comfortably show the lardy Evoque a clean pair of heels.

Evoque was great, now in an RRS SVR

RE: What 4WD Saloon?

Aside from the SX4 S-Cross, surprisingly Suzuki also make a 4wd saloon called the Kizashi.
