RE: Time to go

That's good to hear, I'm taking one for a test on Saturday to see what I think, if I like it I'll order one and keep it. I've always wanted a defender but couldn't cope with it as an only car. Laughing

Arrived: MY14.5 RRS HSE SDV6 in Loire Blue, Ivory interior, piano black trim, privacy glass,
panoramic sunroof, tow bar, mudflaps and full size spare Cool

Gone but not forgotten: 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE in Santorini Black, 19" Alloys, ebony interior,
piano black trim & grab handles, privacy glass, lux pack, rear spoiler, mudflaps and tow bar Very Happy

RE: Time to go

but then they weren't really designed for driving in cities either! I'm looking forward to my Adventure arriving but in some respects I've had 13 years practice with my 90 ( which has a much better turning circle but a far worse motorway ride than the 110) .
I wanted an RRS2 HSE Dynamic but nearly passed out at the cost - I thought my green RRS above cost an arm and a leg back in 2005 at £42000 which was also what I paid for my first FFRR that went before it - a TD6 SE in Monte Carlo Blue.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

RE: Time to go

What about an HSE Tim? A few options and you could have a nice one like mine for £65k. And prices are holding well.

RE: Time to go

Chris when I specced an HSE Dynamic it was getting on for £78000 - That was out of my league price wise.

What engine did you want? Shocked I specced up an SDV6 Autobiography with a few options and that came to £77,000.

RE: Time to go

Get a new Lada Niva, a dealer down south is importing them, as they believe with Defender becoming defunct, people will turn to Lada Laughing
