RE: Skyfall - the new 007 movie

There was a thread on the "bond" evoque earlier in the year - I thought the conclusion was that it was a baddie car whilst bond was in the XF?

Ordered: Fuji Dynamic Lux Coupe / style 7 wheels / Privacy glass / adaptive xenons / something else which I've forgotton.
Should be end of April (was March, then April, then end of May/June).

1 second? It wasn't even a full view!

I'd be surprised if they used a JLR product as the baddie cars. I'd expect them to be driving the competition like Audi, Merc, BMW etc. I read somewhere that they destroyed 15 Audi A5s making Skyfall as they avoided CGI!!

That said I think in Die Another Day they used an XJ for the baddie and an Aston for Bond.

RE: Skyfall - the new 007 movie

Went to see it last night and spotted the two Evoques in the in the tunnels. Great movie - I assume that Judi Dench has decided she is becoming too type cast playing M and it looks like the DB5 won't be re-appearing! The scenes in Scotland were all recognisable but the Bond family house was nothing I could recognise in that region (looked like it was down the turn off from Glencoe toward Loch Etive round the back of Buichielle Etive Mhor so maybe that was a bit CGI

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

The actual house scenes are filmed in England - I forget the name of the place - somewhere just out of London. . . I'll come back with a name

SD4 - Orkney Grey - Dynamic Coupe Lux: ebony leather, style 8, black panoramic roof, satin brushed and gloss black interior, aeroflip, adaptive xenons
