Rear lights may be replaced

My Evoque is in the dealers next week having my rear lights looked at as it appears the black parts on the lower edge of the lights is coming off on both lights? Sent photos to the dealer and they have ordered some new lights but will check them first to see if it's a paint job or not.
I first noticed this last week as I walked up my drive and the sun must have been in the right place to highlight it.

Seems they replaced the light cluster no quibble for WB, hopefully you'll get the same.

Yes, replaced without any issues - I was told they had "delaminated"

RE: Rear lights may be replaced

Had both of mine replaced under warranty for the same issue.
The backing started to peel way within the first month of ownership, but I waited until the first service for the work to be carried out. It wasn't a problem, the dealer looked at each light unit agreed on the fault & ordered them in.

At first I thought it was my pressure washer which caused the damaged, but after WB started his thread with the same problem, I know I wasn't alone.
