sorry, I've used older seafaring persons' jargon - horses douvres/ nibbles
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Google is, again, a wonderful thing... Tabnab is nautical slang for a savoury snack, a bun or pastry.

It appears the echo machine is on tonight - cjfp and ant seem to be getting double posts........ using an iPad or iPhone by any chance

There is a seafarers charity called the Missions to Seaman (which in this pc day and age has had to change its name to Missions to Seafarers) that has a logo of an angel with an open bible in its hands - this wonderful organisation looks after seafrers needs worldwide but is a British institution and is commonly calling the Flying Angel Club or The Flying Tabnab because it looks like the angel is eating a piece of cake

nope - desktop and I have this quite regularly though sometimes it does get caught and a pop-up appears and tells me that I have already posted the same reply! If I see a duplicate I do try to delete, but recently it has been telling me that my account is not authorised for deletion of my own comment
