RE: My SD 4 Dynamic Plus Coupe

Well Tekno I did answer you question exactly as it needed to be, truthfully.
It suits me to buy down in London as I regularly come south and have had first class supply and servicing at Lookers Park Royal.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

I must've missed this explanation. The one I read essentially said "Why not?" Not particularly spirited.

My Evoque.......................

Is now one week old and has racked up 850 thoroughly entertaining, very comfortable and enjoyable miles, next week it does the round trip from Stirling to London, another 800 miles under the wheels..................... and a couple hundred more camera phones to snap it!
Still no rattles or bad vibes, a record for a Land Rover in my ownership!!

Now I know what you mean about nor being shy! Popped into m&s this afternoon for about 5 mins and came out yo find a guy looking in all the windows! He said "lovelly looking car is isnt it, it's the first one I've seen" ... He them said "great choice of car!" I have had many new cars over the years and never had any comments like that before!

RE: My Evoque.......................

Lol, I called into the local shell station this morning to fill up and a souped up Polo with the loudest exhaust I have heard this side of Concorde pulled up on the other side of the pump - 3 Burberry baseball capped lads scrambled out I thought to go to the shop.......... WRONG. 25 minutes later I got away after all of them had sat in, poked around and then been taken for a drive in the Evoque. 4 (3 passengers + driver) seriously impressed young lads who I think regretted having to get into their lowered, repainted in the most vile shade of scintachrome gold/ green, wide wheeled (well 15") chromed wheels Polo 1.4!

RE: My Evoque.......................

I had a lot of that with the DB9 - it seems everyone loves an Aston. It's quite pleasant in some ways, but can be a bit trying when you're in a hurry. I guess I'm in for more of the same with the Evoque.

RE: My Evoque.......................

Can I suggest we should be limited to a single thread in this forum for each user to chronicle THEIR experience of their RTE? It would also be a good idea to avoid the congratulatory posts which are irrelevant Censored. What we should be interested in is each user's experience of the RRE, not the fanboy posts.

Mark

Evoque was great, now in an RRS SVR
