Spoke To A Very Happy Evoque Owner Today.

Whilst in McDonalds this early evening I got talking to an Evoque owner - ED4 Pure Tech. I asked if he had had any faults & he said none. He has had it 10 Months & done 40,000 Miles Shocked. It is a company car & he finds it very comfortable indeed & better than previous BMW & Mercedes he had been used to.

He said he gets friends etc ask if he likes it? His reply to them is that if he won the lottery he would buy his own one aswell.

Came Home On 02/03/13 Pure Tech In Barolo Black/Cirrus Trim with Bespoke Firenze Ascents + Numerous Factory Options!!

RE: Spoke To A Very Happy Evoque Owner Today.

That's good to hear. One of my neighbours is a rep for a drug company and has just been given a brand new BMW 320d Auto and is worried stiff about getting to and from work over the winter as she had a Nissan 4x4 as her last company car. What really annoyed her was that an Evoque ED4 was the first option on the list of cars available to her but their fleet buyer couldn't get her one. I suggested that she ask the fleet manager to supply her with a set of decent winter tyres, but she feels she got the 2nd best option. I don't think she realises that the Ed4 is front wheel drive though....

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Yes, I wonder how many people are driving around in their ED4s convinced they will romp up those snowy hills. That said, having the engine weight over the driven wheels will help, BMWs are notoriously bad in the snow with RWD.

Evoque was great, now in an RRS SVR
