Coupe - 2 seats or bench?

Thanks to Berlin2011 for the photo and video but after seeing this am glad I've ordered the no-cost option bench seat in the coupe.

Important to remember it comes with two seats as standard.

What are others having?

Having the bench as I was told that it would be more desirable come resale time, however I suppose it would come in use when going out with the family or the lads.

Only 2 for me. I think 99% of the time there will only be either 1 or 2 in the car, so no need for the bench seat. Will have a closer look the next time I get near some cars though.

RE: Coupe - 2 seats or bench?

I'd love to have only 2 seats in my 5 door... It suits the lovely interior better than the bench.

RE: Coupe - 2 seats or bench?

Its a coupe, I reckon it's going to be a bit claustrophic in the back for 3 so opted to retain the 2 indivudual rear seats rather than go for 3, they are also more bucket like than the bench which will go nicely with the Dynamic Plus buckets in the front. Also it means I cannot carry so many rear passengers (one of the reasons I went for the 3 door rather than the 5 was to put off loads of friends/ family looking for lifts - I've done my share of that with the FFRR and RRS's over the years so now they can hitch lifts with somebody else!)

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

and now you just leave the country for months on end instead just to avoid giving lifts !!

Yes and I've been enjoying 3 rain free months in the Eastern Med, Indian West Coast and Middle East while all my mates walk instead of getting lifts - cannot wait to get back and see some rain again!! SW monsoon time in India now though so will be looking at 750mm+ a day in 10 days time!
