My wife's Evoque wheels have minor kerb rubs which hasn't damaged enough to warrant a refurb (still smooth), but is showing some bare alloy. I'm sure in time my wife will remove more paint, but for now I'd just like to touch them up.

Does anyone know the correct paint code or can recommend a particular paint to touch up?]]>

Treated myself to an early Xmas present of a snow foam lance and after reading loads of good things on detailing world got some autobright magifiom to get it looking sparkling

I've got a premium Ivory interior and would prefer to keep it reasonably clean - I tend to use my back seat as a dump for coats, bags, etc.

I have just given the RRE a really deep clean. I used two new products both made by a company called Poor Boys. The first was White Diamond polish which I then followed with EXP sealant. I am not affiliated to anyone associated to these products. Wow is the effect on the Fuji white the polish really does a great job. I used normal mcguires on black bits and a glass cleaner on windows and roof. I would post some pictures to show you all but it is hard to see how good it came up on the White.

Anyone got any recommendations for a good wheel cleaner, polish and sealant my wheels are black so I have just given them a good shampoo and rinse for now.]]>

- I noticed a couple of light scratches on the front nearside wing that I'd like a mobile magician to remove. Recommendations anyone? Was thinking of using ChipsAway as that is the one that springs to mind.

- I then intend of treating it to it's very first detail and would like some recommendations who to use (North West / West Yorkshire). I'd be after something along the lines of a reasonably priced enhancement detail. To include making the exterior look better and would like an interior clean as well.

- My interior is a sort of light colour (I think 'Cirrus') and want to spruce the interior plastic, particularly on the door cards. Can anyone recommend a suitable product for this?

Took delivery of the car in October (I think) complete with scratches, grazes and plenty of swirls. Since then I've been naughty and lazy and used my local hand car wash place (more like sandpaper wash) several times and the car was looking pretty sorry for itself.

Also took delivery of a new RRS last week and after that was detailed I just had to have the Evoque sorted too.

As most know, the black plastic three quarter panels towards the rear of the car scratch by just looking at them.

Here's what they looked like after Lee's wash and decontamination process. Swirls galore!



And after Lee's magic



A few more pics of the finished car. By the way, if anyone is wondering, I had the silver bits front and back wrapped in gloss black 3M by a local guy. Great job and now looking very stealthy
