So the motor attached to something that spins, but the brake piston itself doesn't.

So other than mine being an automatic(and I have tried in both park and neutral), I have tried exactly what you've shown and it will not go into service mode.

Definitely ended up being battery related. I'm wondering if my battery is at the end of its life because it did not take long to run down. Now on to why I can't get the brakes to go into service mode...

You're talking about a diameter difference of about .9 cm. That's not going to be drastically different looking.
