Yeah I've previously taken the original off and replaced the rubber bit with a silicone refill - works better, no judder. about to do the same to the fronts when the refills arrive.

+2. First one I'm not a fan of but the gloss black my12 is what I have and prefer it to the my13 grille. If I were to change to another evoque it's one of the bits I would swap.

Briany that's a common issue - if the wiper blades are lifted too far the arm catches on the bonnet and chips the paintwork.
