Hi Guys
We have noticed some members have been contacting other branches in the A-Plan group for quotations and as a result are not getting the service or best deals available from us.
Our Specialist centre, in Thatcham have the specialist schemes and staff relevant to this club to ensure you get the club discounts as promised. These schemes are bespoke and therefore not available elsewhere.
In addition to the specialist rates, we are offering half price legal cover* on all policies taken. This applies to motor and home insurance.
Make sure you mention this forum when you get the quotation.

Complete WASTE OF TIME. I rang on Monday regarding Chauffeur Insurance & was told it was a different office which I was put through to. I was asked for basic details & told I would get a call on Tuesday - No Call. I rang back this afternoon (Wednesday) & despite saying to the girl twice what I was ringing about I was put through to the other office & told - I understand you want a quote for your Range Rover - Like No.
She said she could put me through to the other office but as I was working on 3 cars I asked if they could call back around 3pm. I added if no one calls today then I won't be ringing back & will assume you don't want the business.
Guess what? No call.

I clicked on the link as requested and put my details in then received an email saying they would contact me yesterday morning. Still waiting for that call as well

They phoned me yesterday afternoon and came back over £200 more than my current renewal. Told me to check the policy and I may not be covered for everything I think I am
Don't think I will be changing
