Front rear diffuser wrap platic weld or clips? - Evoque0700 - 26-05-2015 10:54am

Hello.i wish toh wrap the front and rear diffusers of my pure in the similar way as the dyanamic model with silver U on rear and front bumper.my question here is that i want to know if the plastic peices on the rear and front bumper of evoque except for the tow bar plastic peices, are plastic welded to the bumper or have the easy to remove and reinstall clip system?

E0700, from what I have seen to date the various pieces of the front and rear bumper fascias are "plastic welded" so to get at the individual pieces you would have to break the plastic tabs where they have been melted over to attach to the bumper fascia. The only exception I have seen in one side of the rear "bull bar" does unclip so you can tow the vehicle, but on the non Dynamic models it's only the one side. Lionhead had his to a shop where they removed both clips to paint/vinyl wrap. Search his posts, you will see pics of the clips (both front and rear) removed from the car.

So getting them removed isnt a good Idea on just a month old evoque?
