2015 Evoques missing rear window lower gloss black trim? - Montys4x4 - 27-01-2015 11:09am

Hi everyone,
When we collected our new Evoque Dynamic on Saturday I pointed out to the dealer that our car was missing the gloss black trim that goes across the rear window that joins the waistline black trim. We looked at a few other new Evoques and they were the same. I think LR has made a mistake by either leaving them off the production due to a mistake or saving a few pounds and consciously taking them off the build.
Your thoughts please.
Paul

Hi Paul!,
it sounds like one of the modifications made to production starting from MY2014 on, so your car doesn't have anything missing.. they simply changed the rear window trim to a "simpler" version.

See you!,

Thanks Eos, I may still have the trim added probably at my own cost.

[attachment=4210] Pics are always a problem on my iPad

[attachment=4211] that's all until I suss out higher quality attachments, but car is great and has had a bit of fun so not as pristine as when collected from Marshall Halesworth
