Stow on the Wold - Charlie - 28-08-2011 09:30am Think this is the next one lined up. Anyone going and when? RE: Stow on the Wold - mark_n - 28-08-2011 01:12pm I only live a few miles away but sadly will not be able to make it. Great roads here of course with the potential for a much better experience than out of a shopping centre car park. Aren't they meeting around Daylesford Farm Shop? If so, this is owned by the JCB family and is a nice place to stock up on organic goodies. High prices though and estate agents particulars sometimes list properties as being within easy rach of Daylesford, for those who can't be without their organic linguini and pistacchio nut pesto. Slightly David Cameron and the "Chipping Norton Set", sick buckets are provided. Even though I can't go, I will have a moan to my dealer who assurred me I would be on some list of other and get an invite. Said dealer is rapidly kissing goodbye to my servicing/accessories business. RE: Stow on the Wold - Daigriff - 28-08-2011 01:33pm Yes...5.30 spot on Saturday if I remember correctly. Hoping to get there in good time as I want to try out a Prestige SD4 Auto 5 door. Does anyone know if any of the Prestige's are fitted with 20's rather than the standard 19's? RE: Stow on the Wold - LP - 28-08-2011 02:40pm At the London event all the test drive prestiges had 19s and no adaptive dynamics. RE: Stow on the Wold - paulus599 - 28-08-2011 04:26pm That's odd. At York virtually all the cars were fitted with the 20" rims (style 6 and 7). Still no AD's though. RE: Stow on the Wold - Token - 28-08-2011 05:42pm I'm there at 4.30 on the 2nd RE: Stow on the Wold - Acwats - 28-08-2011 09:39pm 16:30 on Saturday for me RE: Stow on the Wold - LP - 28-08-2011 11:37pm (28-08-2011 04:26pm)paulus599 Wrote: That's odd. Pretty sure at the London event all the dynamics had 20s and the prestiges had the standard style 5 diamond turned 19 inchers. I could be wrong though. RE: Stow on the Wold - Charlie - 30-08-2011 04:23am Beautiful part of the country Mark, very envious. And yes, it is Daylesford. They've got a good thing going then with their shop then, the 'set' will always pay silly prices. Got mine booked for Friday at 5.45pm, am wondering if now a bit late in the day We're hardly having long hot summer evenings, felt like October yesterday. RE: Stow on the Wold - pureevoque - 30-08-2011 07:29am I'm the same slot as you Charlie |
