TPMS Frequency in the UK??? - Kugaman1 - 23-10-2014 04:30pm

Hi all,
Im trying to confirm for certain the TPMS frequency for 2015MY UK Evoques?

There seems to be confusion as to whether its 315 or 433 MHZ?

I believe its 433mhz in the UK but need confirmation before I buy new sensors..

Cheers

Yes 433 for UK and Europe, 315 for rest of the world

As a newbie and soon to be owner can I ask why you need to know this?

You will need to know this if you buy new wheels or wheels for the winter!

The newest Evoques have tyre pressure sensors in the wheels. If you change wheels the new ones will need these fitting to work with the monitoring system or the car will show errors on the display.

Its important that you buy sensors at the right frequency for them to work..

Does that help?
