Really sad as I have a scuffed alloy - my fault! Can I get this fixed by someone such as chips away? And what could I expect to pay?
Not a great week, what with a windscreen that now needs replacing after a rock flicked by a lorry, and a speeding ticket from holiday driving ...!

Yes it can be repair normally costs around £50 per wheel near me in London
If you google Alloy wheel repair you are sure to find someone local to you.
