New gloss black centre console fitted - Davevx - 19-11-2013 07:50pm

Decided to upgrade the dark grey slidy lid. Bit to the gloss black one today. About an hour in total to change and some useful video in YouTube it's a DIY job

My black one has ended up quite scratched from the owner before me. Saw the matte one in the pure I had as a loaner once and thought it actually looked more durable!

Your quite right m the original pure one is more durable the gloss black one has some if scratches on it.

Have to say I'm tempted to try this, not to change the lid, but to see if I can tighten anything up to avoid the creaking / crackling centre console.

There seems to be quite a bit of foam down there a certainly room for some more
