Not described in the manual as far as I can see, I have a black arrow pointing to a roundabout by City Airport, London. It's been there for months. It's not a favourites icon is it?

Heavy congestion, junction or road closed. It's part of the TMC support. The arrows change colour depending on traffic etc

Hmmm...well that arrow's been pointing at that roundabout since about the time of the Olympics. A fault I guess then.
