Can anyone tell me what is the very latest software version, which includes the 'alarm fix' and how do you find what version is on the car please.

If you go into the secret menu, by holding the valet button on the touch screen for 30-40 seconds it will tell you in there what software your car is running.

Probably about 2008, judging by the state of most of their systems.

To give you a serious reply, I just had our March 2012 Evoque serviced and they said it still had the latest version of all the software.

Had my first service last week and my software version is still 3366_120109.
No change from pre service.

When I had my March 2012 Evoque serviced on 28 Feb the dealer told me they'd done a software update. Its now showing s/w version 3316_111019. Sorry, I don't know what the previous/original version number was prior to the update and can only assume they updated it to the latest version.

From what i've seen on here, software version seems to be related to the model you have, e.g. features and hardware at time of production, so latest Software for some is not latest software for others, Also the Secret Menu Version likely isn't encompassing the version on other units, it's more likely the Entertainment system Software Version.

Had my first service last week and they checked and confirmed there were no software updates due.
