Am having grill painted black but unsure how to remove the side trims on front wing as thinking of getting these matched as well
Any advice greatly appreciated

There only in place with clips, so give them a hard pull & the side vents will come off. Use a plastic trim removing tool is the best way.
When I had mine sprayed, I only removed the silver bit, leaving the mat black plastic trim in place. This part is plastic glued in place & will come away with a trim tool. You can reglue them back with some silicone sealant.
