Apologies - a technical issue caused the thread to be deleted rather than just one of the initial duplicate posts - I have asked Martin to look into reinstatement of the thread.

Technically yes but I do have an excuse. The thread had two identical initial posts so I thought I would be good and deleted one - however, it appears that if you delete post #1, this appears to be a key post and deletes the entire thread. Doh!
