Just Google the ISBN number, does not come up with much info other than you can buy it at a third the ebay price.

Looks like it's a 'print on demand' book - anyone can make one of these and 'publish' it for free through one of a number of companies offering a print on demand service. Basically, when somebody orders a copy of the book, they print it and send it to them and send the author a bit of the money they charge.
It looks like somebody might have just pulled together a few Evoque pictures and Wikipedia articles from the Internet in the hope of making a bit of money. I've even seen this type of books where the 'author' had just waded through forums like this for their content!
