Fitting of Tow Bar to SD4 Pure:
Fitment and supply £450 inclusive of VAT (LR wanted £950 and with a template cut in the bumper). Detachable lockable Towbar Twitter. Spoken to many professionals. This is by far the better fitment. Just a couple of mils cut off. Anyone in Northern Ireland thinking of having one fitted should check out David Murphy Towing http://www.murphytowbars.com/towbars/towbars.htm

Here's a couple of photos without the attachment neck.

WESTFALIA AVAILABILITY
Just in case anyone thinking of ordering and need it quick, I ordered a Westfalia detachable bar from PF Jones 13.9.12 and since found out that they are on back order and next batch not even at manufacture stage yet with expected delivery to UK well into the fist half of October. Some UK suppliers may have a stock but worthwhile phoning to check first.

I was also told this hence the decision to go with the Witter model. I was also told that the Westfalia requires a larger cut.

If youre waiting for the Westfalia because you want a invisible vertical mount don't forget to consider the Towtrust tow bar. Been very pleased with its fit and look (althought there is nothing to see!) and the detachable bar fits nicley along with the jack etc under my spare wheel in the boot.
