Yeah, its really easy after the trunk is open, manually set it to the height you want and then press and hold the trunk close button on the car for few seconds. After that just press the button to close the trunk, and open just to check thats everything is correct.

If the trunk doesn't move when you release the button, it's set.

I meant I did try to hold it last night and see if that work but didnt count to 10. I'll try 10 seconds or more when I get home and hope that work.
