Where are people now getting to on this? From what I can gather some Dealers are giving a full tank and others nothing. Those that have managed to get a full tank - did you do anything to twist the dealers arm? I don't seem to be having much joy with my dealer.

On a £40k+ car with absolutely no discount, I think it is pretty pathetic that they can't even give a full tank of fuel.

I got full tank of fuel - I reminded the salesman re the Landrover handover document & drove him to the garage lol. I also got the rubber mat set, boot rubber mat x2 (they loaned me one & forgot to ask for it back when they delivered my new one to my house Embarrassed ) I got 2 Evoque keyrings & a touch-up pen.

Yep - the handover doc is key to getting your free full tank. Twist their arms further by mentioning the many buyers who have had free mudflaps/mats/boot mats too!

I'm getting fuel and mats as well......

Does someone have a copy of the handover doc that they can send me? Thanks

I got half tank, reduced price for the GAP insurance and £2000 extra for my Fl2, so not too bad.

Thanks...... Can't seem to see a link to the 'handover guide' though??

RE: Fuel from dealer - cjfp - 12-06-2012 06:10pm

It is somewhere on here but can't find it.
Is post #66 in the above thread any good.

Ps, make sure you are aware of LPR comments that this is a guide document and it is up to the garage as to how much fuel they give you.
