Rear Seat Entertainment Screens - VF - 10-05-2012 07:51pm Hi - I have the rear seat screens. They seem to have a thin wobbly clear screen in front of the actual lcd. They are already rippled and look terrible, but seem to be fixed and can't be removed. Does anyone have any experience with RSE, is this the way they are supposed to look? Thanks RE: Rear Seat Entertainment Screens - PhilSkill - 10-05-2012 07:56pm I don't have RSE, but this video has a good live view 12 secs in. RE: Rear Seat Entertainment Screens - doug - 10-05-2012 07:59pm Could you post or send me a picture of the complete head rest, showing the LCD screen please. Two reasons. Will have a better ideal on the question that you ask & I'm working on a aftermarket rear DVD set up. Some pictures would help me out. Maybe there is a protective film on them that was not taken off when it was prepped ? This is a clear film about 10mm in front of the actual lcd screen, is that the same with yours? Thanks!! RE: Rear Seat Entertainment Screens - The Valeter - 10-05-2012 08:52pm I wish I had opted for the screens now RE: Rear Seat Entertainment Screens - Nowaytk - 10-05-2012 09:13pm (10-05-2012 08:16pm)VF Wrote: This is a clear film about 10mm in front of the actual lcd screen, is that the same with yours? Thanks!! The rear screens on mine have no film on them whatsoever, I think the front screen has something in front of it, maybe for the touchscreen but as the rears aren't touchscreens they are like what you get on your indoor tv. |
