The photos don't show this because the light is very poor at the time when i took these photos. FlyEyesKit is UK MOT compliant and safe to use on rear reflectors. Guaranteed to last for years, this unique material contains a precision-engineered honeycomb matrix of holes, that removes the risk of bubbles forming during application, while allowing most bulb light and external light to pass. MOT rules and regulations 1.2: Headlights A pair of headlights must: emit light of substantially the same colour and intensity. emit a steady colour of either white or yellow. be visible from a reasonable distance. 1.3: Brake lights A brake light must emit a steady red light. Just looking at the alignment of your tailgate, I have an issue with mine and it doesn't appear quite as bad as yours, sorry to pass comment, but I alerted the dealer to it and said I wanted it looked at. Have you thought about doing the same? The shut on my power tailgate is not right and on more frequent occasions the tailgate is stopping when only part opened! Anyone else experiencing similar issues? RE: Fly eye mesh tints - RacingSnake - 28-04-2012 12:44pm I appreciate its entirely a personal thing... But I prefer them clear. Looks like youve done a neat job though, and the effect looks good too. RE: Fly eye mesh tints - cutter7 - 28-04-2012 02:25pm (28-04-2012 12:41pm)ChuckieB Wrote: Slightly introducing a new topic... To be very honest, i have never noticed this? The tailgate opens and closes perfectly well, and i have never had the tailgate stop when part opened, i did have a period when the tailgate would not close when the hatch button was pressed, but once i did the memory re-set i have had no further problems. I will mention this to the service department when it goes in for its first service but at the moment I'm ok with it..Thanks. ChuckieB. I have just gone and had a look at my tailgate and one thing i have noticed is that i have a Hatchbag boot liner with the added bumper protector which is folded back into the boot, but what has happened maybe this morning? is that it has moved the material forward and is folded under the tailgate when it's closed. I have taken the bumper protector of the liner and it now closes more flush with the body..thanks for that. RE: Fly eye mesh tints - Evo-king - 28-04-2012 02:44pm This looks very interesting especially with a Black car, how easy was it to fit? I'm not that handy as it were. RE: Fly eye mesh tints - LDT - 28-04-2012 02:46pm cutter - The tint looks great, suits the Fuji and the other mods perfectly. I look forward to seeing the front in due course! |
