Content Issue:
Some instances have been observed where the hook clips which hold the rear parcel tray supports to the tailgate inner have become dislodged and/or fallen out of the retention holes.
Cause:
Engineering are investigating the interraction between the specified clips used and the hole sizes within the tailgate inner panel.
Action:
In the event of such a failure being observed, dealers are requested to raise an EPQR with photos where applicable of both the clip and the hole in the tailgate highlighting the concern. Additionally, dealers are requested to provide on the EPQR measured values across the hole to confirm size and shape, as per the attachment provided.
On receipt of EPQR data, JLR will respond as to the appropriate repair in each instance.

LV654799 (specific vehicles) GTDi Engine Only
2012MY Freelander 2 – VIN Range LF287292 to
LF291247 (specific vehicles) GTDi Engine Only
Issue: Potential for (Freelander 2/LR2 & (Evoque) units
fitted with 2.0l GTDI Petrol engine to exhibit a low speed
96th Order engine whistle.
Cause: Vehicles exhiting whistle phenomenon may suffer
balance shaft gear failure leading to increased levels of
NVH
Action: Listen to the attached Audio files to determine
which engine requires further attention possibly resuling in
an Engine change, Only suspect units require a TR with
the recordings to be attached so they can be assesed by
Engineering

I assume this is a whistle whilst the engine is running as oppossed to the whistle some have commented on after turning the car off.

yes! very much so when the engine is running.
Can't help about the buzzing when the engine has turned off... though I have heard that one on my own car.
