I think what Dan means by "new" is that there not off someone's Evoque. They are the same as the 2011 2012 model (as fair as I know). As the FFRR & RRS come with LR caps, a lot of they owners are buying up these ones as they have the RR logo.
Handy to have a spare set if you have a set of winter wheels.
