Anyone Seen the size of the boot - Firebird - 25-01-2011 10:12pm Hey guys, Been looking at all the video's but are yet to find one that shows the back. I know a few of you have seen them so are you able to give me an idea of the size of the boot. Even better do you have a any pictures taken of the back with the door open. Cheers RE: Anyone Seen the size od the boot - strt8118 - 25-01-2011 10:41pm A few good pics here... http://www.flickr.com/photos/landroveruk/5184687621/in/photostream/ RE: Anyone Seen the size od the boot - Firebird - 25-01-2011 11:20pm (25-01-2011 10:41pm)strt8118 Wrote: A few good pics here... Thanks, that is a surprise, it looks huge, allot bigger than I thought it would be. Only question now is 140Kw Diesel or 180Kw Petrol 6. I have heard that this engine is going to replace the engine that comes in the Ford Falcon, the current one is a gem, economy is brilliant. Hopefully this one will be as good or better. From what I have been told by the dealer we will not be getting the 2 wheel drive in Aussie. I saw the car in Brussels last weekend. It's considerably smaller than my RRS and definitely the boot is not one of its favorite points. On the other side the looks are muscular and impressive. The interior looks classy and the 5dr can accomodate 4 people without problem. As long as there is room for the dog or a pair of gold clubs I would be happy. At a guess what length do you think it is at the floor and at the seat level. What I might do is grab and RRS image, scale to size and the overlay the BRR based on the spec we have. That will show exactly what the difference is. Give me a few hours and I will post the result. I suppose it has to do with the engines on which I have no details, except the already publiced. RE: Anyone Seen the size od the boot - Firebird - 27-01-2011 09:50pm Thanks. |
