£150 JLR delay payment - is21 - 10-01-2012 02:17pm
Maybe this has been discussed before, but didn`t found so sorry in advance!
Can anybody confirm that the mentioned delay payment is somehow official, as my (german) dealer haven`t heard about it (of course not) and didn`t want to give any compensation-beside a full tank- when it finally came to the 4-month late delivery, last week ?!

I am unsure about the position in Germany, but such payments were made in the UK. You could call JLR customer service to ask. Look forward to hearing how you get on.

Seems that this payment is UK specific only, as the JLR customer service here in Germany never heard about it and is not willing to do similar compensations for their disappointed customers (as was expected)

Even in the U.K I don't think that the £150 was compulsory. I certainly was not offered it but they did give me a boot cover as a gift.
