Nice one... did you have to haggle those... or did you just have a good dealer that done the right thing to improve your buying experience Smile

I had to ask for them, nothing was offered! I referred to the £150 LR delay payment and got the mud flaps and the mats. I then asked for an experience voucher. Hopefully you will get freebies too!

Edit: Forgotten the full tank of fuel. Was to be December allocation, now January.

After asking I was offered a F&M hamper, but asked if I could have full set of rubber mats including boot liner instead and got them and a full tank of fuel! Mine was only a few weeks delayed.

Got naff all...and only half a tank of petrol.

Although did pick up a half day off roading voucher at the launch event.

May well go back and refer to this thread for a contribution to first service.

Daigriff,
Same here, absolutely nothing from the dealer and the car stood out in the rain for inspection!

And mine was...and we had rain, sleet and snow...we couldn't wait to get away from there. We had a far better handover experience when buying my wifes Mini at nigh on a third of the price,,,LR have a lot to learn if they are to retain my business...however, love the carSmile

Compact folding RR umbrella, 3/4 tank of fuel and another 1/2 day experience voucher (got one at the September launch at dealer also). Depending on the date you choose, ours was exactly on time, 5 weeks late or 4 weeks early!! Handover started inside the showroom also.

Nearly six weeks late for me, but when I asked about compensation was told that it wasn't the dealers fault and that I'd have to take it up with LR customer services Mad
I then politely pointed out that I'd seen the LR document which stated that compensation should be offered before the customer asked, they then agreed (eventually!) to fit a set of mud flaps f.o.c.
On collection the car was almost 3/4 full of fuel and we were also given a voucher for the half day off road experience.
