A letter from the dealership dated 24.11.2011 suggests that there is a `parts supply issue` with,and in particular,the transfer box for the 4 wheel drive system....!
I`m in the process of trying to get a confirmation/denial from LR customer services.

Hope there isn't a long term issue, but at least they've learnt to keep people informed.

When ordering my black grill I was told that the supplier for the grills and trims is struggling to keep up with demand which is why spares are not readily available and what they can produce is going to the production line so it seems the suppliers are not coping well...

Call back from LR customer services suggests,at least in my case,all`s on track for Jan.delivery.Also seems build is either in start,middle or end of month and not by date....

Just been informed.....there is indeed a problem with transfer boxes....but with RRS and Disco, NOT Evoque!

I'm only assuming I have no delay (s) as I have heard nothing from my dealer but we all know what that could mean!!
