Boot space - johnboy - 18-11-2011 03:48pm Dog owners with a 5 Dr, has anyone tried to fit a Labrador size dog into the boot,if so how did you get on. RE: Boot space - stevehill - 18-11-2011 03:58pm no chance Not that I would put ours in the car anyway RE: Boot space - griff - 18-11-2011 04:01pm LR constructed the boot based on a Labrador. I can confirm you could get one in but nothing else! RE: Boot space - ED209 - 18-11-2011 04:08pm My Lab will go in easy, saying that he is small for a lab being from working stock and fit as a lop. He isnt your typical big fat slobbery chocolate show lab. He is 2.5 years old now and a lot of people think hes still a pup. RE: Boot space - Daigriff - 18-11-2011 08:33pm I'm hoping our retriever will fit!! RE: Boot space - gmaker - 18-11-2011 11:47pm For sure your dog will fit, I have a Border Collie and she gets in fine. However, make no mistake, the boot is surprisingly small. I went to London over the weekend, one small case, a cool bag, and a Bugaboo pram and the boot was full. For sure it's not the smallest pushchair in the world but even so I was surprised how little I could get in. Had to put the days shopping bags on the back seat!! Roll on the Evoque XL - or will that be the new RR Sport!! RE: Boot space - Barneyridge - 19-11-2011 01:49am I think our new dog will fit, miniature Maltese that will grow to only 2.5kg. Not my choice of dog but a substitute baby for my wife. I think your lab will poo something bigger than our new dog ![]() Boot space - My1stRR - 19-11-2011 04:43am Apologies for my ignorance but is the boot of the 3dr the same size as the 5dr? RE: Boot space - Capital - 19-11-2011 05:24am Luggage capacity is slightly lower in coupe 550 litres compared to 575 but I am not sure if that is just due to the extra height in the 5 door or extra usable space in the boot Boot space - My1stRR - 19-11-2011 05:33am My guess is it's the lower ceiling. We have 25kg kelpie (working dog).....any thoughts on whether he'll fit in the coupe? |
