Post Timestamps - mark_n - 02-11-2011 07:32am

Ever since the clocks went back on Sunday, the timestamp of posts is out by two hours. I'm posting this at 06:33 am in the UK and the timestamp shows as 08:32.

Whereever the server is located, does it know about the time change?

Timezone is in your own profile, it allows you to change your offset from forum time.

The forum software does know of the timezones and the end of DST.

What time us it now?
Oh it's 4.32??
But it's 2.32 really!

RE: Post Timestamps - Martin - 02-11-2011 04:15pm

Time zone is in your own profile

Go to your User CP > Edit Options on left hand side (icon = [Image: options.gif]) > Select GMT as timezone under Date and Time Options [says GMT (03:14pm) as I type this], and "Automatically detect DST settings".

Press "Update Options" button at the bottom.
