Maybe best posting a review in the 'Dealership Feedback' section with your thoughts but Ryan is the person I'm dealing with and agree with your view of him

I am also dealing with Ryan, and found him very polite and will accommodate you for visits etc, but he cannot make good coffee

I dealt with Paul Bonini at Pentland and he was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my delivery.

Pentland's new showroom is really impressive. The indoor, underground handover bays are a really good idea.
Oh, and Paul Bonini makes a not bad cup of tea, though I didn't get a biscuit

Gary Lessels dealt with me when I got my Disco. Very patient as I dithered over the purchase, and very thorough in the handover.
