CarPlay stopped working and cant reboot InControl - paros_fan - Today 04:18am

Suddenly wired CarPlay in my 2017 Evoque convertible has stopped working on both our phones. iPhones are all up to date, tried both phones and different cable. It gives a "Connection failed. Please unplug and try again" (something like that).

But can't seem to reboot the InControl Touch Pro system either. Held down the volume button numerous times sometimes up to 2min and it does nothing. There is also no Reset option in the menu option.

There are no software updates but appears to be an old version S19B_19.35.5-418001
