2018 Evoque DIY battery replacement? - ses_rover - 30-10-2021 02:53pm

We've been getting a low battery warning on our Evoque. However when searching for a battery it seems very hard to find one. I'd rather not spend $500 at the dealer to get this replaced. Any suggestions?

I got mine at batteries plus i believe its a group 94. its not too hard to replace, pop the hood, take cover off, disconnect negative terminal, unbolt strut bar, unbolt battery hold down, disconnect the positive, lift out and replace it with the new one install is reverse just hook up negative terminal last.

I was getting the 'low battery' warning - I ignored it for a couple of weeks, then found that my keyfob failed to be recognized. I changed the button battery in the keyfob (CR2032) and found the 'low battery' warning on the car stopped showing. A coincidence? Waiting to find out
